Stop waiting on OEM parts. Get your infrared emitters in 7 days.
There is nothing worse than staring at a dead machine because some OEM glass part is “out of stock.” You can’t just sit around for three weeks while your production line gathers dust. That’s why we do things differently. We can custom-build gold-coated infrared emitters and get them to your door in a week. These aren’t some generic off-the-shelf bulbs. We build them to fit your exact setup, so you can just slide them in and get back to work. Why the gold coating? Here is the thing: standard quartz tubes waste a lot of energy. Heat just drifts away. By adding a thin layer of gold to the quartz, we basically turn the tube into a mirror. Instead of letting the heat escape, the gold bounces that infrared radiation right back toward your target. It makes the heat way more intense and focused. For you, that means your machines warm up faster and your power bill stays lower. It’s just more efficient. Getting the specs right We don’t do “one size fits all.” We build these to your specific voltage and wattage. Whether you’re running a 230V setup or a beefy 400V configuration, we tweak the filament length and diameter until it’s a perfect match. And we know the headache of wiring. That’s why we use the standard R7s or Sk15 terminals. You won’t have to mess around with your sockets or rewire your whole cabinet. If you need a specific length—down to the last millimeter—we cut and seal the quartz to fit your frame exactly. A quick heads-up on the power These things are absolute workhorses for PET blowing and glass tempering. They put out an incredible amount of heat in a very small space. But a word of caution: that kind of power density is intense. If you go for a high-wattage tube, make sure your cooling fans and housing can actually handle the heat. If your airflow is weak, you’ll fry your terminals, and the tube won’t last. We provide the raw power. Just make sure you’ve got the breeze to keep it cool.
